Thank you for choosing Agrawal Cookware. We strive to deliver your premium stainless steel cookware safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India. (No minimum purchase required).

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: * Within Chhattisgarh: 2-4 business days.

    • Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

    • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or courier issues.

2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

3. Verification of Address

Please ensure your shipping address and PIN code are 100% correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.

4. Damages & Insurance

Agrawal Cookware is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you receive your order damaged (dents, broken handles), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will require photos of the damaged item and the outer box.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

(Keep this if you offer COD): We offer Cash on Delivery for most PIN codes. Please ensure someone is available at the address to pay the courier partner upon arrival.
